These terms cover your use of the KwickCafe website. Use of the KwickCafe software is governed by the subscription terms shown when you register and in Setup, Plan & Billing.
Information on this site
We keep features, screenshots and prices accurate, but they can change as the product improves. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST at 18%. The price that applies is the one shown in Plan & Billing at the time you pay.
Free trial
New cafes get a 14-day free trial. Registration needs a valid email and a mobile number, and the account is created once the emailed code is confirmed.
Renewals
Paying early never loses days: the new period starts when the current one ends. If a plan expires, your data is kept and you can sign in to renew.
Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or submit false details through our forms.
Trademarks
KwickCafe and the KwickCafe logo belong to Delforth. Other names, such as WhatsApp, Razorpay and Google, belong to their owners.
