Restaurant inventory software that tells you what went missing
Stock that only reduces when someone remembers to update it is a guess. In KwickCafe, every sale deducts its recipe, every purchase updates average cost, and a monthly count shows what left without a bill.
Recipe (BOM) costing
List ingredients and quantities per serving for each dish. Selling the dish consumes those ingredients from the outlet that billed it, giving you true food cost for Profit & Loss and margins for menu engineering.

Buy in bags, stock in grams
Add purchase units like Bag = 25,000 g. Enter “2 bags at ₹1,200” from the supplier's invoice, and KwickCafe stores 50,000 g at the right cost per gram. Purchase returns reduce stock and the supplier's balance together, and payables are aged so you know what's due.

Prepared items and sub-recipes
Gravies, marinades, dough and masala mixes get their own recipe. Producing a batch consumes the components at real cost, and a batch is refused if anything is short so stock never goes negative.

Count, then catch shrinkage
Start a physical count, enter what's on the shelf and approve it. Differences are posted with a reason. The shrinkage detector then shows unexplained loss at average cost, and usage drift per ₹100 of sales catches over-portioning even between counts.

Common questions
Plans start at ₹999 a month plus GST. See pricing.
Do I have to use inventory?
No, it's optional. But once recipes are set up, stock reduces on its own with every sale.
How is average cost calculated?
It's a weighted average. Buying 10 kg at ₹100 when you already hold 10 kg at ₹80 gives an average of ₹90, which recipe costing then uses.
Can I move stock between outlets?
Yes, with branch transfers. Stock leaves when sent and arrives when the other outlet confirms receipt, so nothing is counted twice.
