KwickCafe

Privacy policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

This policy explains what the KwickCafe website (kwickcafe.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. KwickCafe is a product of Delforth. It covers this marketing website only; data you enter inside the KwickCafe app is covered by your subscription agreement.

What we collect

  • Details you send us through the demo or contact form: name, mobile number, and optionally email, cafe name, city, number of outlets, plan of interest and your message.
  • How you found us: the campaign or website that sent you (UTM tags, Google or Meta click IDs, referring site) and the page you first landed on. This is stored in your browser and attached to the form when you send it.
  • Anonymous visit statistics on our own server: pages viewed, clicks on buttons such as call, WhatsApp and free trial, scroll depth, device type and the website or campaign that sent you. These are linked only to a random visit ID, not to your name, number or IP address. If you choose “Only essential”, the ID is not kept between visits.
  • Third-party analytics, only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel.

Why we use it

  • To contact you about the demo or question you asked for.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns help cafe owners, and improve them.
  • To measure our advertising.

We don't sell your data and we don't share your number with other businesses.

Cookies and your choice

When you first visit, you can accept cookies or keep only essential ones. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode and Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel don't load. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page.

How long we keep it

Lead details are kept for up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a customer. Our own visit statistics are deleted automatically after 13 months. Third-party analytics follow each tool’s settings, set to 14 months in Google Analytics. To stop spam, the form stores a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Email mohd.salman@delforth.com or call +91 83868 78262 and we'll respond within 30 days.
